What US travelers need before departing for Umrah — we handle the paperwork with you.
Saudi Visa for Umrah (US Citizens)
US passport holders can obtain a Saudi e-visa or visa on arrival, which permits Umrah travel. All Umrah travel is also registered through the official Nusuk platform (nusuk.sa), Saudi Arabia’s gateway for pilgrims.
We do it with you: every package includes full visa-processing assistance. You provide your passport and a photo — we prepare and submit the application and verify approval before you fly.
Passport Validity
- US passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates (9+ months recommended).
- At least 2 blank passport pages.
- Passport must be in good condition — no damage to the photo page.
Vaccinations & Health
Saudi Arabia requires the meningococcal (ACWY) vaccine for Umrah pilgrims, and recommends that routine immunizations are up to date. Health guidance can change between seasons.
Important: always confirm the latest requirements with the Saudi Ministry of Health and the US CDC before travel. We re-check the current rules for every departure group and brief all travelers in advance.

Good to Know
- Umrah can be performed any time of year, except during the Hajj season when restrictions apply.
- Saudi Arabia uses the Saudi Riyal (SAR); cards are widely accepted and ATMs are plentiful.
- Download the Nusuk app before departure for permits and schedules.
- Women may perform Umrah without a mahram under current Saudi rules; we confirm the latest policy per departure.
